How to Initiate a Return
Visit our return portal and register your return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns & Conditions
At Camelia, we strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are here to assist you. 

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of registration
  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition, including all tags and packaging
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • A track & trace code is required as proof of return

Please note that returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or partially refunded.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, processing may take up to 5 working days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • If approved, the amount will be returned within a few working days depending on your payment provider

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please register this through the return portal and upload clear photos.
Our team will review your request and provide an appropriate solution as soon as possible.

Important Notice
Returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method and keeping your proof of shipment.

Exchanges
