Return Period: You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Shipping Costs: Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@officialcamelia.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and further instructions.

Refunds: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment. Should you not receive your refund after 14 business days from approval, please contact us at info@officialcamelia.com.

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Non-Returnable Items: Please note that some items, such as intimate apparel and sale items, may not be eligible for return.
